Both heated seats on my 2001 VW Golf TDI are not working. The fuse is ok so can anyone help with a solution?
As mentioned i have checked the fuse which is fine. VW have said they would just replace the heating element at a cost of £400. A cheaper solution or way of finding the problem would be preferred. Thanks.

Does anyone know where to get a replacement lens for my golf mk3 angel eye headlight?
i dont know if its called a lens, basically the plastic/glass transparent part the light goes through, some people call them headlight covers – mines cracked, and apparently it will fail the MOT with that becuase it doesnt diffract the light properly. does anyone know where i can get a replacement one of these? as a new surround and headlights etc. is mega bucks. cheers!
note that these lights are not standard fit, so it would be a specialist part

I am best man for a stag do in Newcastle and the groom wants to play pitch and putt to work off the hangovers on the Saturday. We’re just looking for a laugh so not interested in club or more formal courses. Have done a web search, but can’t find much. Some local knowledge would be appreciated…
Does anyone have any golf tips for ball contact with an iron?
I tend to release the club too early to avoid topping the ball, can anyone suggest a good tip to enable a clean strike trapping the ball between clubhead and turf, I am aware of weight shift and hands ahead of the ball but the problem persists.
